Registration begins September 1
Details
Join us to explore how resilience, adaptability, and hope can help you navigate life’s surprises and embrace new possibilities. How do you adapt when life doesn't go according to plan? Unexpected events can arrive at any stage of life—a serious health challenge, the loss of a loved one, financial difficulties, the end of a relationship, or another major life change. When these situations occur, it can feel as though the ground has shifted beneath your feet. Feelings of fear, uncertainty, grief, and anxiety are natural responses. Yet even during life’s most difficult transitions, there are opportunities for growth, renewed purpose, and fresh perspectives.
This session explores practical ways to navigate unexpected circumstances with resilience and confidence. Together, we’ll discuss how challenging experiences can help us discover new strengths, clarify our values, and identify what matters most. Participants will have the
opportunity to reflect, share experiences, and learn specific strategies for moving forward when life takes an unforeseen direction. There is life—and often a fulfilling new chapter—after the unexpected!
