Creative Cooking for One or Two

Join Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Courtney Rae Jones, as she provides easy tips & tricks to make cooking for one (or two) healthy, affordable and most importantly, delicious! During this workshop, you’ll learn how to build simple, cost-effective meals from healthy essentials and stock a minimalist pantry. You’ll also learn to prepare balanced meals & snacks to stock your fridge & freezer. Courtney has provided us with a handout of resources and recipes that can be enjoyed solo or scaled up to share with friends and loved ones (see below).

Presenter Courtney Rae Jones is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from Winnipeg. She specializes in digestive health and women’s hormonal health. Courtney currently sees clients through Zoom and at Wolseley Wellness Centre on Corydon.
